O R D E R
Though this Court is of the view that the present Writ Petition is pre-mature, seeing as the petitioner has filed a representation on 15.01.2022 before the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation and has move this Writ Petition immediately thereafter on 07.02.2022 seeking a direction to R1 to dispose the representation, Mr.Manoj Kumar, learned Standing counsel, who accepts notice for R1, would state that R1 would have no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
objection in considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.01.2022, as the same has, admittedly, been received by R1.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission, R1 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2022, hear the petitioner as well as any other parties who may be appropriate for proper adjudication of the matter and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
3. This Writ Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
