O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 06.10.2004, wherein the official respondents directed the Government Officials to remove the obstruction made by the petitioner and other persons in order to make free flow of water for irrigation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the official respondents to remove the obstruction, if any made by the parties.

3. In view of the above, I am inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the obstruction made by the parties and however, the said exercise has to be completed as early as possible. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Petition Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
