ORDER
The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a First Information Report and take necessary action based on the petitioner's written complaint dated 03.01.2026 bearing CSR No.8/2026.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.01.2026, a case in Crime No.13 of 2026 has been registered as against one Saravanabhavan, for the offences under Sections 329(3), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 3.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
