2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant / transport corporation that proposals have been sent and the file is pending for getting approval for payment, as per the order passed by this Court on 27.02.2015 and seeks time till 02.06.2015 to comply with the order of this Court.

3. The Chairman cum Managing Director and Chief Accounts Officer cum Financial Advisor of Transport Corporation are present before this Court today. Therefore, their further appearance is dispensed with. Time is granted till 02.06.2015 for effecting payment to the respondents /claimants failing which the very same condition for appearance of the officers shall continue.

4. Post the matter for compliance on 03.06.2015.
