ORDER
The petitioner and the respondent were married on 14.02.2016 at Chennai. The respondent/husband is working at Chennai and he has initiated HMOP.No.4540 of 2023, now pending before the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai.
2. The petitioner/wife pleads that she is suffering from a skin allergy and is not in a position to travel from Ranipet to Chennai to contest the case for every hearing. Hence this transfer petition.
3. Considering the illness of the wife and the distance between Ranipet and Chennai, I am inclined to allow this transfer civil miscellaneous petition.
4. Accordingly, HMOP.No.4540 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Ranipet.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
