O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P No.653 of 2021 before Sub Court, Poonamalli and transfer the same to Sub Court, Kumbakonam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records, the respondent filed HMOP No.653 of 2021,on the file of on the file of Sub Court, Poonamalli, for divorce. Now the petitioner living with her aged parents without any source of income and the distance between Kumbkonam and Poonamalli is nearly about 350 kilometers.

4. Considering the difficulties faced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P No.653 of 2021, on the file of Sub Court, Poonamalli and to the Sub Court, Kumbakonam.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of, and H.M.O.P No.653 of 2021, pending on the file of sub Court, Poonamalli, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Kumbakonam. However, both the parties are directed to appear before Mediation and Reconciliation Centre, Kombakonam, on 03.04.2023 and concerned mediation center is directed to 2/4

conduct mediation not less than three sittings. Further, the concerned Court is directed to transfer the records in connection with H.M.O.P No.653 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Sub Court, Kumbakonam, after receiving the bundles dispose the case within a period of six months. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
