This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police, for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, as against the petitioners.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.47 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram.
