This petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties and comply with the condition imposed on him as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28150 of 2023 by its order dated 05.01.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 15.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
