PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to pass an order of Writ of Certiorari after calling for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to his proceedings in R.C.No.464/Adm.3/2002 and quash the order dated 28.10.2004.

Apprehending that the 3rd respondent Federation will be dissolved, the petitioner herein has filed the present writ petition challenging the notice issued under Section 25-FFF of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

2. It is seen that the notice under challenge intimates the desire of the 3rd respondent herein to close down the Federation and that the petitioner will be paid compensation under Section 25-FFF of the Industrial Disputes Act.

3. It is now seen that the petitioner herein has reached the age of superannuation and even assuming that the 3rd respondent Federation has been closed down, the question of reinstatement may not arise. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
