O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2017 in accordance with law for issuing a patta in favour of the petitioner for the Punja land in Survey No. 614/2, Danam Nagar, Survey Ward No.5, Block No.19, Thirupapuliyur, Cuddalore District measuring about 0.67 Ares.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his

representation dated 09.10.2017 for the issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner's claim is supported by the decree passed in O.S.No.197 of 2014 dated 22.04.2016 on the file of Sub Court, Cuddalore.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarthi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner may be directed to produce all the relevant documents before the 2nd respondent for considering the application of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side I, direct the petitioner to submit all the supportive documents in support of her claim, for the issuance of patta before the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the documents. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
