O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 2, to allow the petitioner for the ongoing online classes and physical classes, if conducted for the academic year 2020 - 21 of the first respondent College irrespective of suspension order.

2. Pending this writ petition, Mr.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has advised the petitioner to get the Transfer Certificate and to join some other College to persuade her further studies. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has also agreed to return all the certificates to the petitioner, enabling her to continue her further studies, in some other Institution and has also produced (i). Birth Certificate, (ii). Community Certificate; (iii). Secondary Mark Sheet; (iv). Senior Secondary Mark Sheet; (v). Migration-cum-transfer certificate;

(vi).

Provisional Certificate and (vii). Transfer Certificate, before this Court and the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

He would further submit that they have no other claims as against the petitioner.

4. On receipt of the certificates, learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that he is not having any further claims as against the respondent College.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition is disposed of. Parties are directed not to precipitate the issue by filing any other litigation. No costs.

6. This Court places its appreciation for the learned Senior Counsel and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent College for making amicable settlement of the dispute in question.
