PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent relating to Appeal No.148 of 2009 dated 29.09.2009 confirming the order of the first respondent made in R.No.B3/35487/2008 dated 01.06.2009 and further direct the first respondent to grant the autorickshaw in respect of APE PIAGGIO DIESEL MAKE VEHICLE as sought for by the petitioner.
