Mrs.V.Yamuna Devi, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had passed away and his wife, who was the only legal heir has also passed away and therefore, the Writ Petition may be closed.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that in view of the above, the Writ Petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to re-open the case, if anything survives.
