CRIME NO.2206/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.20273/2020 dated 05.01.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m. and thereafter as and when required.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20273 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20273 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
