ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D)No.6, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Town Panchayat) Department, dated 06.01.2010.

2. On 16.11.2021, Mr.P.Balathandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, had circulated certain papers to show that the petitioner had died. This Court directed the Government Pleader to serve the same on the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the matter was called today, Mr.R.Singaravelan, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the certificate produced by the learned counsel for the respondents, the impugned proceedings may stand abated and nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
