Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order in 18.10.2021 in proceedings No.1/G3/5145/ TNSTC/2019 issued by the respondent, Quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to refund the petitioner amounts already recovered from him based on above order, with interest at the rate of 12% per annum, award costs.
