COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the proceedings in Ni.Ma.No.20/94-95 dated 29.12.2008 of the second respondent and proceedings in CEP.No.207/ 1994-95 dated 19.06.2009 of the first respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayers sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
