This petition has been filed to call for the records in summons dated 19.01.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent in Crime No.664 of 2015 pending on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.The petitioner filed this petition to quash the FIR issued against him under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the year of 2015. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
