ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case is of the year 2023 and the same is pending for more than three years, which causes great hardship and irreparable loss to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is 49 years old and seeking for a speedy disposal in H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2023 is just and necessary.

3.Since the Family Court, Chennai already have more than 1000 cases, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Sub Court Alandur to dispose of the case within a period of three months.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Sub Court, Alandur is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
