There is no representation for the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he had given a representation on 16.11.2011 and since the representation was not considered in time, he has filed the present Writ Petition, seeking for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus to consider his representation.

3. It would not be appropriate for this Court to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation that was given in the year 2011. Nevertheless, if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, liberty could be granted to the petitioner to give a fresh representation with a consequential direction to the management to consider the same. 2/4

4. Since no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition, the Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent herein ventilating his grievance. On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider it on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
