O R D E R

The Government order issued in G.O.Ms.No.918 Revenue Department dated 19.11.1998 is sought to be quashed by filing the writ petition in the year 2008 after a lapse of about 10 years.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.03.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 14.03.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. Even today i.e., on 14.03.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

4. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
