ORDER

This application has been filed praying to extend the time to enable the

applicant to execute the bond in the above O.P.No.62 of 2024 as per order dated 26.08.2025.

2.According to the application, he is the applicant in above O.P.No.62 of 2024. This Court by an order dated 26.08.2025 had granted letters of administration and directed the applicant to execute a bond, within a period sixty days. Since the petitioner failed to execute the bond within a period ordered by this Court, he has filed this application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has stated no objection for allowing this application.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also in view of no objection having been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the other side, this application is allowed. Time to execute the bond is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
