Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-111-1) Department, dated 19.09.2003 on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same insofar as clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of para 3 therein and to direct the second respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of lands in S.No.363/2B in No.45, Thiruvedanthai Madura Nemmeli Village, Chengleput Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

This writ petition has been filed to quash the G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-111-1) Department, dated 19.09.2003 on the file of the first respondent and to direct the second respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of lands in S.No.363/2B in No.45, Thiruvedanthai Madura Nemmeli Village, Chengleput Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Government Order impugned in this writ petition has already been withdrawn by another G.O.Ms.No.100, Housing and Urban Development (UD-111-1) Department, dated 21.03.2007.
4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
