PRAYER in W.P.No.4701 of 2007: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for and quash the Letter of Termination dated 02.02.2007 issued by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner and directing the 1st respondent to declare that the petitioner is eligible to hold the post of Lecturer-Forensic Medicine on the basis of the petitioner's qualification and experience with the Institution M/s.PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research.
