The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 ratify the appointment of the petitioner and grant all consequential service benefits like Selection Grade and promotion as Executive Officer with effect from 01.01.2012 with monetary benefits and pay the arrears.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
