ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's unit.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to his unit. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the police station concerned is directed to consider the same and pass orders on mertis and in accordance with law. 3.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
