Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to accept the records of 43 students which were duly submitted at the time of verification by the 1st respondent and consequently, allow them to appear for the forthcoming examinations which is to be held from 10.02.2022 to 17.02.2022 and for consequential orders.

O R D E R

Read this order in conjunction with order dated 09.02.2022 to the following effect:

Clearly and admittedly, there is substantial delay on the part of the petitioner in having attempted to correct the deficiencies pointed out by the Tamil nadu Teacher Education university.

2. Be that as it may, an affidavit has been filed today, dated 09.02.2022, stated to accompanied by the original documents of the remaining 43 students, which have not heitherto be placed before the University. The delay on the part of the petitioner University shall be addressed by this Court at the time of closure of the writ petition.

3. For the present, and solely in the interests of the 43 remaining students, let the records now produced be placed before the University for issuance of hall tickets, subject to any deficiency that may be noticed in the records.

4. Students issued the hall tickets shall be permitted to writ the examinations, commencing tomorrow till 17.02.2022.

5. List this matter on 18.02.2022.

2. Learned Counsel has furnished affidavit dated 09.02.2022 stating that the students have appeared for the examination and that nothing further survives in this matter.
