Challenging the order passed under the Provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending this Writ Petition for the dues payable to the Canara Bank, it had initiated a Company Petition which has been transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal in T.C.P.No.1 of 2021 and it is also stated that one Mr.C.Prabakaran has also appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional by the order of the National Company Law Tribunal dated 07.01.2022. 3.In view of the subsequent orders that had been passed, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the respondents to approach the National Company Law Tribunal for appropriate relief.
