Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant relaxation of the condition that to report the respondent police on monday of every month at 10.30 until further orders in the order dated 09.10.2020 made in Crl MP No.6138/2020 in Crl OP No.11285/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6138 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11285 of 2020, dated 09.10.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6138 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11285 of 2020, dated 09.10.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
