This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.8614 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on all hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
