O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.122 of 2025 on the 1/4

file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with the other accused was running a brothel under the guise of a spa by engaging girls. Hence, the present case.

This is the third anticipatory bail application. The first criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.25337 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail has been disposed of by this Court by an order dated 16.09.2025 on the following reasons:

"Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations, submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner." 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is concluded now and A2 has been arrested and released on bail and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that still the case is under investigation. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, gravity of offence, the fact that there is no change in the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
