ORDER
(1) This writ petition is filed by the writ petitioner / Management to quash the order of the 1st respondent/Labour Court dated 14.11.2006 made in ID.No.550/1999.
(2) The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has now circulated a Letter dated 28.11.2012 sent by the 2nd respondent to the writ petitioner herein to show that the 2nd respondent has joined as a teacher in a Government School [School Education Department] on 26.11.2012. In view of the permanent job the 2nd respondent had secured, the 2nd respondent stated that he is not pressing his claim in the writ petition and also the Award dated 14.11.2006. (3) In view of the statement of the 2nd respondent, this court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in the above writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed.
