This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the records pertaining to the enquiry report dated 20.05.2021 in TDP Case No.10/ 2019 of the Second Respondent.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this writ petition has been filed challenging the enquiry report dated 20.05.2021, subsequently final order was passed by dismissing the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
