PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to handover the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-19 AZ3279 to the petitioner forthwith based on the FIR in Crime No.74 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020 on the file of the first respondent, in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents to handover the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-19 AZ3279 to the petitioner forthwith based on the FIR in Crime No.74 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020 on the file of the first respondent, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has submitted that the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-19 AZ3279 has been returned to the petitioner by an application for return of property in Crime No.74 of 2020 and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
