[Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.] The petitioner seeks modification of the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.1841 of 2023 in Crl.A. No.427 of 2020, dated 03.08.2023.
2. This Court, imposed a Condition in Crl.M.P. No.1841 of 2023 in Crl.A. No.427 of 2020, dated 03.08.2023 and directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10:00 a.m or on the first working date of every week, until the disposal of this Criminal appeal, which is found in Paragraph 5(iii) of the order.
3. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said condition on the ground that he has been complying with the same regularly.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the abovesaid condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5(iii) of the order in Crl.M.P. No.1841/2023 and did not raise any serious objection in relaxing the same.
5. In view of the abovesaid submission made on either side, we are of the view that the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5(iii) in Crl.M.P. No.1841/2023 can be relaxed. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, once in a month, i.e., on the first working day of every month.
6. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
