This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to conclude the departmental proceedings pending against the petitioner and to pass final orders.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conclude the departmental proceedings pending as against the petitioner and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
