The petitioner has filed this petition to issue appropriate direction for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.2060 of 2024 on the file of VI Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Heard, M/s.R. Thenmozhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 79 years and he seeks speedy disposal of the case.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to direct the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
