Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

2.The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to take over the management of the Wakf viz., Butt Road Jumma Masjidh Wakf situated at No.5/64, Butt Road, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai - 600 016, registered with the Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nadu Wakf Board under Registration No.124 of 1955, dated 27.04.1998.

3.This Court is of the opinion that the prayer made herein does not survive at this length of time. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority concerned afresh, if the same cause of action still continues. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
