This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 18.01.2024 in Crl.OP.No.540 of 2024 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
