treatment plant or from terminating the contract of the Fourth Respondent or which will result in employees whose names are enclosed in the annexure to the affidavit losing their jobs till the dispute raised by the Petitioner Union on 24.11.2004 for regularization which is pending before the Second Respondent is finally adjudicated by the industrial adjudicator.
