This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent and to quash the order passed in G.A.No.237/2014 dated 06.03.2015, confirming the order passed by the second respondent in G.A.No.331 of 2011 dated 12.12.2013 and quash the same 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as 2/4
well as the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.
Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition stands closed. As per the Award, the amount has been deposited with the second respondent and the third respondent is permitted to with draw the amount, which was already deposited by the petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
