Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development, viz., the enquiry has been conducted, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
