This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the above said Cr.No.23 of 2020 pending before the file of the 3rd respondent (who in turn directed the 4th respondent to investigate) to some other competent agency and to investigate further and to submit a final report within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave complaint against one Rangarajan and five others and on the basis of his complaint First Information Report in F.I.R.No.23 of 2020 was registered for the offence under Section .465, 468, 34 and 109 I.P.C. by CCB - I Police Station.

3.The allegation in brief is that the petitioner's brothers Rangarajan and Sriram had fabricated documents like power of attorney deed and life certificate 2/6

of his father and sold the property to Yuvarani. Petitioner's father died on 14.12.2015, but life certificate was produced at the time of registration of sale deed on 16.12.2015 showing that his father was alive on 15.12.2015. Thus, it is apparent that life certificate was forged to grab the property. Therefore, this petition is filed for transfer of investigation. 4.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case is completed, final report is ready and it would be filed in the concerned Court within a period of two weeks. 5.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation in this case is completed and final report would be filed within a period of two weeks from today, this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to order transfer of this case, accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
