This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1,918 days in filing the above appeal as against the order dated 10.03.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.372 of 2017 by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhavani.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd and 4th respondents.

3. Though notice has been served and the names of the 1st and 2nd respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 1,918 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
