1.Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant says that since the matter has been settled with the respondent, he has instructions to withdraw the matter.
2. To be noted, Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2015. Initial remuneration fixed by this Court was a sum of Rs.10,000/- and consequently, paid to him.
3. Mr.V.Vargees Amal Raja, the Advocate Commissioner, seeks additional remuneration.
4.Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner, within one week of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.As prayed, since the captioned application is not pressed, no further orders are called for in the matter, it is disposed of, in view of the settlement
