ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to further investigate and include the accused persons namely Ezhilarasan, Amudha, Jyaraman, Murugan and his wife Keerrthana and Tamilselvi concerned in Crime No.31 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent police as accused.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to complete the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2017 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
