(The Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN J.,) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the first respondent to produce the detenue, namely, Lavanya, aged 18 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the first respondent, had submitted that the petitioner is withdrawing the complaint lodged by her, on 14.12.2015, as the detenue had eloped with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
