The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Alandur, to dispose of the HMOP.No.547 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Sundara Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of HMOP.No. 547 of 2024, which was filed in the year 2024.

4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2024, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
