ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey the property in SF.No.197/1C, 199/5, 199/1C, 199/1B and 199/1A at Easwarthimoorthipalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk and Namakkal District and fix boundary stones by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 31.01.2021 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

The petitioner in order to survey his lands at S.No.197/1C, 199/5, 199/1C, 199/1B and 199/1A at Easwarthimoorthipalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District has given an application on 31.01.2021 and he has also paid the necessary fee to that effect. Therefore, in order to consider the said application seeking a mandamus, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.T.Mohanraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 31.01.2021 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law by completing the survey within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
