..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the order bearing Dir(Fin)/Note/2004, dated 11.10.2004 and quash the same, and consequentially forbearing the 1st respondent from claiming that any sum is due to it from the 2nd petitioner towards Interconnect Charges and damages thereon, excepting by following the dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with Clause 7.5 and 8 of the Interconnect Agreement dated 09.07.2002.
